World Heritage Kitchens: a cultural feast

World Heritage encompasses much more than monuments and historic buildings. UNESCO’s list also includes cultural treasures that tell us of the diversity of traditions and ways of life. Among them, world heritage cuisines stand out as authentic cultural feasts that reflect the identity of diverse communities around the world.

One of the most emblematic cuisines on this list is Mediterranean food, which encompasses countries such as Spain, Italy, Greece, and Morocco.
