Coined as the anti-bacalao a la vizcaina (salted cod in red pepper sauce), this Christmas they offer mushroom cakes disguised as vizcaina along with salad and apple strudel, and a classic spiced fruit punch to drink.

This Condesa restaurant reinterprets the classic Christmas tenderloin using Beyond Meat (meat made entirely from vegetable proteins such as peas and mung beans). Their Beyond tenderloin is stuffed with artichoke, carrot, black olive and mixed nuts, and bathed in a rich chipotle plum sauce. The order will satisfy 10 people and can include a side of pesto pasta.
