Spicy Margarita

Ingredients
- 45 ml Sesión Blanco tequila
- 15 ml de triple sec
- 20ml fresh lime juice
- 5 ml or 1/2 teaspoon agave or simple syrup
- 2 to 3 jalapeño pieces
- 2 to 3 cucumber slices
- Tajín Salt
Preparation
Muddle the cucumber and jalapeno (seeds removed) in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Add the remaining ingredients. Top with ice and shake firmly until the shaker becomes cold. Strain from shaker into a glass. Garnish with a lime wheel Tajín salt rim.

Mexican Mule

Ingredients
- 60ml tequila
- 120ml ginger beer
- 15ml fresh lime juice
- Ice
- 1 slice of lime for garnish
Preparation
Pour the tequila, lime juice, and ginger beer into a copper mug. Then add the ice and garnish with the lemon slice. Serve and enjoy!

Ingredients
- 120ml tequila
- 4 measures of limeade
- Lime juice
- Sugar to taste and decorate
Preparation
Fill a glass with ice. Add the tequila and limeade. Stir and add a splash of lime juice. Finally, garnish by frosting the glass with sugar.

Ingredients
- 60 ml tequila blanco
- 30 ml Kahlúa coffee liqueur
Preparation
Pour the tequila into an old fashioned glass with ice. Add the Kahlúa and gently swirl the glass a few times to lightly mix the ingredients before serving. Enjoy!

Bloody Mariachi

Ingredients
- 45ml Patrón Silver tequila
- 90ml tomato juice
- 15ml fresh lime juice
- 15ml fresh orange juice
- 3 cucumber slices
- 2 sprigs of rosemary
- 1 jalapeno wedge
- Worcestershire sauce to taste
- kosher salt and freshly ground pepper
- 1 sprig of rosemary and cherry tomato to garnish
Preparation
In a cocktail shaker, crush a sprig of rosemary, the cucumber slices, and a jalapeño wedge. Add Patrón Silver tequila, tomato, lime and orange juices, kosher salt, and Worcestershire sauce and shake well. Strain and serve over ice in a Collins glass. If desired, you can frost with a mixture of kosher salt and pepper. Finally, decorate with a cherry tomato and a sprig of rosemary. Cheers!
