Ricardo Muñoz Zurita, better known as Chef Zurita, is considered the greatest gastronomic researcher of Mexican cuisine today. He has traveled the entire country and studied its kitchens, which he has then shared with practically the entire world, including UNESCO, making Mexican cuisine an intangible cultural heritage. Master chef, lecturer and chef owner of the Azul y Oro, Azul Condesa, and Azul Histórico restaurants.
