Marcela Briz Garizurieta

Together with her brothers, Tito and Jesús, Marcela runs El Cardenal restaurant. She is the author of the books The Mexican Council of Businessmen: Emergence and Consolidation and Juan Sánchez Navarro: My Friends Have the Floor. She is a member of the organization of restaurant chains, the Mexican Academy of Gastronomy and the Board of Trustees of the Historic Center Festival. Likewise, she performs these cultural activities with the aim of preserving Mexican gastronomy and the Historic Center of Mexico City.
