Germán has created, structured, and conducted businesses in Mexico and abroad for more than 30 years. In 2019, he opened Tzuco, his first restaurant in Chicago, Illinois. He is a founding partner of La Taba restaurants, where he was president of the Council until February 2018. That same year he was appointed director, and in 2021, director of the National Restaurant Association. Since May 2018 he has served as president of DICARES, an association that brings together the Directors of Restaurant Chains. He has also held various positions in CANIRAC, in which he currently serves as vice president. Germán is also president and founder of Maison Kayser Mexico and Spain, a group that has 41 locations throughout Mexico and Madrid.
