
Claudio Poblete Ritschel
Founder of the Mexican Culinary Group
Mexican journalist, writer and gastronomic researcher, trained in communication, with postgraduate studies in literary journalism and ethnography; specialized in Mexican cuisine and journalistic sommelier. He is the founder of the Mexican Culinary Group, a culinary publishing house that publishes differentiated products on the subject of the national and international hospitality industry, and through which he has published numerous books on gastronomy. Further, one of his great passions is teaching, which is why, since 2010, he has been a professor at the Center for Higher Studies of San Ángel, CESSA University, where he teaches the subjects of Journalism and Gastronomic Criticism as well as the Master program in Oenological Training.
