Zéfiro
At Zéfiro, the onsite restaurant of the University of the Cloister of Sor Juana, students in the final year of their Bachelor's degree in gastronomy make their first professional dishes and learn about customer service. The focus is on contemporary Mexican cuisine with dishes ranging from soups to tacos and gourmet quesadillas. There are three- and four-course menus, which change monthly based on the chef's suggestions. Located in a historic neoclassical building built by Manuel Tolsá in the 18th century, it housed the convent of San Jerónimo and was the home of Sor Juana Inés de la Cruz for 25 years.
