Yerba Santa was born amid the pandemic when Adrián Ponce and Enrique Hernández decided to create a restaurant that shares the love that emanates from those cherished moments forged around a table with food and loved ones. Together with Chef Nidia Sánchez, whose love of cooking is a tribute to her late mother, they bring to life the concept of Yerba Santa, innovating traditional dishes with contemporary and refreshing twists.
