Yemanyá
From the mind of Chef Rodrigo Estrada, inspired by the Ocean Mother Goddess Yemayá, comes this fish and seafood restaurant with Caribbean accents and Venezuelan, Peruvian, Brazilian, and Mexican influences. The dishes are prepared with a few fruits and vegetables that are not so common here, such as yucca, malanga, or yam, as well as lots of coconut, mango, banana and pineapple. As for the space, it is intimate and refined, full of greenery and with beautiful lattices to remind us of the tropics.
