Vigneron

In French, a vigneron refers to a person who has mastered the art of making wine. Here, they have mastered the art of serving wine that plays on all the senses with their carefully selected vin vivant, or, organic and biodynamic wines, which all come from small producers in France and Spain. To complement the wines, they offer a menu that includes everything from egg with caviar and rigatoni all'amatriciana to olive oil cake with lemon. The friendly staff is willing to assist with any recommendations. Santé!
