The restaurant is run by Manuel Estrada and Marcello, an excellent chef from Florence, whose great love for food is apparent in every bite. Here, you will not find typical dishes, as Marcello seeks to create a more intimate menu, instead offering delicacies rarely seen on this side of the world.
