Tianguis Bosque de Agua
Bosque de Agua is an organization that seeks to add benefit to its surrounding community, under the premise that sustainability has an important place in the modern world. Located in the Instituto Mexico Primaria in Del Valle, it began at the end of 2013 with the purpose of bringing quality food to one of the busiest neighborhoods in the city. In this market, which sets shop only on Sundays, it is possible to find organic, sustainable food from local producers.

- Environmental Actions Organic food production is environmentally friendly because it does not contaminate the soil or water; it even improves the soil and contributes to water conservation and use. Seeds are conserved and crops are diversified, which means that there are more beneficial insects and greater diversity of species. Bosque de Agua verifies that this is carried out in the systems of the producers who participate in its tianguis. They also promote biodegradable packaging, the use of biodegradable detergents in production systems, have three collection centers at the tianguis, and promote the reuse of containers
