Templo Diana
A pulqueria with 48 years of history that saw a time when women had to stay in a secluded section and the men's bar had a gutter in lieu of a toilet. The place has been updated over time and, although it retains some very typical characteristics, tiled-lined walls covered in proverbs and old sayings, it has also sought to innovate its pulque offerings through new recipes of its curados, such as cempasuchil (marigold). Today it is an inclusive and family oriented space in Xochimilco, and has appeared in the Gael García Bernal film Chicuarotes.
