Tacos Los Alexis
This debut from Chef Alexis Ayala, who has worked in Michelin-starred kitchens, brings to Mexico City one of the most exquisite inventions of northern Mexico – asada tacos. Here, diners will be able to sample some of the best dishes and tacos from this part of the country, such as the tacos with fideo seco, beef tongue with peanuts, or brisket with traditional salsa martajada. In addition, they create a special taco that visitors can enjoy only on Saturdays and Sundays, one more reason to celebrate these especially Mexican delicacies.
