The name refers to the absence of preconceived ideas, that knowledge comes from experience. José Ángel González and Luis Felipe Rojas began this project nine years ago as a way to organize breakfasts, brunches, lunches, and dinners among local and foreign friends. The steps are as follows: you contact them and define what you are looking for, whether casual or for a special occasion, special food requirements, etc. From that moment forward, Tabula Rasa takes care of the rest, crafting a custom experience from scratch that is sure to be a memorable one.
