Supérette
If there is an area in Mexico City where the gastronomic competition is stiff, it is in the Roma and Condesa neighborhoods. But Supérette is worth mentioning. Here, crepes and galettes are prepared just as they do in the northwest of France, from where the buckwheat is imported. In addition, they have a bar with more than 120 labels of imported natural cider, which gives rise to pairings that are true delights. The place is run by its owners, Chloe and Julien, from whose hands the aromas and flavors of the Gallic country reach the diners' table.
