Sepia
Initially focused on traditional Italian dishes, Chef Julian Martinez expanded the menu to include other Mediterranean ingredients to create haute cuisine using fish and seafood. He also added a Mexican touch, applying culinary techniques from his home of Zihuatanejo. Located in the Roma neighborhood, Sepia has a large dining room with a wine cellar offering around 300 wines. Upstairs, there is a terrace with its own bar and wine cellar to enjoy a pleasant moment outdoors during dinner or lunch.
