Rosetta
Located in an elegant old house in the Roma neighborhood, Rosetta is a fusion of respect for traditional Mexican ingredients and the modern creations of its famous chef, Elena Reygadas. The menu is ever changing in response to the seasons. They exclusively use fresh products whose production does not alter the natural processes of the land. At Rosetta, the prevailing philosophy is one whose central axis is the reflection of the social and environmental impact generated by industrialized food, so they select each element with care when composing their dishes.
