Pubbelly
Pubbelly is Japanese cuisine with Latin American touches, and one of the only teppanyaki restaurants in the area. The concept was created by Chef José Mendín and, more recently, renewed by Chef Luis Solano and mixologist Christian Blanco. Teppanyaki (teppan = iron plate / yaki = grilled) is a cooking method characterized by adding little to no fat. Here, the diner will find a wide variety of sushi, nigiri and sashimi options to enjoy, with the hallmark of intense and innovative flavors. They also offer live bluefin tuna ronqueo (fish cutting) every Tuesday.
