Pinche Gringo
This restaurant aims to build a bridge between Mexico and the United States by providing Mexico City with an authentic Texas BBQ experience, from the setting to the artisanal process with which they prepare the food. Here, the meat is cooked for eight hours using oak wood smokers, which results in dishes with a unique flavor and a texture so soft that it melts in your mouth. There are share platters available and while reveling in these delights, diners can enjoy live music.
