Nagaoka
In the 1960s, Yukio Nagaoka arrived in Mexico after having worked at a number of restaurants in Japan. In 1985, he opened Nagaoka, a family business with a cozy atmosphere where Japanese tradition can be perceived from the tableware to the decoration. While everything here is delicious, we recommend ordering the wateishoku, in other words, the tasting menu. Nagaoka's dishes are made at Alberto Díaz de Cossío's Experimental Ceramic Workshop.
