Molino “El Pujol”

As the name may hint, Molino "El Pujol" is a place that, at first, was created to meet the demand of the Pujol restaurant; however, a few years ago it opened its doors to the public to offer not only corn tortillas, but a selection of dishes that will delight lovers of classic and contemporary Mexican cuisine. Whether it's an avocado or quelites taco, a purslane tamale, a pink corn concha or even tepache (a fermented drink), there's not a single choice that won't leave you wanting more. In a cozy space that evokes our culture and traditions, Molino "El Pujol" invites us to honor our country through corn.
