Milk Pizzería

Hidden in an old basement in the Roma Norte neighborhood, Milk Pizzeria is a project born in Monterrey from the mind and taste of Checo Gutierrez (also creator of Bocanegra beer) and Francisco Garcia. In this pizzeria, the diner will find out-of-the-ordinary preparations; categorizing them is complex, as they have -and do not have, at the same- time Neapolitan, Mediterranean and Californian influences. The combinations are rarely, if ever, heard of, and stick to the creators' motto: "We do what we want". The result? Spectacular and, of course, novel flavors. Diners are invited to try their mixology menu, which is just as original.
