Mi Kapricho, artisanal ice cream
An ice cream parlor that only uses natural ingredients, no colorants, artificial flavors or preservatives. Their ice creams are the result of the fusion between Michoacán style ice cream and Italian gelato techniques, trained by Angelo Corvitto, who is considered one of the formost ice cream masters in the world. They offer both traditional flavors and unique proposals. There is a line of ice creams and sorbets made with liqueurs, as well as a line of vegan ice creams prepared with organic coconut milk.
