Merkavá
Directed by Chef Daniel Ovadia, it is the first “hummusiya” (locale specializing in hummus) in Mexico City and one of the most representative of Jerusalem cuisine. With rich dishes ranging from traditional salatim (small cold side dishes) to hearty main courses such as grilled lamb, Merkavá is a small and cozy place, with sober and warm wooden decor, its service and impeccable cuisine make it perfect for intimate evenings or quiet dinners with friends.
