Marmota
Marmota was inspired by Chefs Federico Patiño and Poppy Powell’s time spent in the verdant Pacific Northwest, a place known for its mountains and valleys, forests and seas. Driven by the natural abundance and dynamic food culture of the region, Marmota is a small taste of the Puget Sound in the heart of Mexico City. The space centers around their wood-burning fireplace and communal dining table, while their food is mainly wild seafood, free-range vegetables and a variety of fermentations. The menu showcases the farmers, foragers, winemakers, and artisans they love and respect.
