Maison Kayser began in Paris where, from a very young age, Éric Kayser acquired the values and skills to knead a good bread. His simple and honest recipes have since expanded into over 200 locations worldwide, making for an easy stop to grab a sweet treat like a pain au chocolate or a plié made with natural yeast.
