LUR, which means "land" in Basque, takes us back to a place in the old continent where, through aromas, textures, and flavors, family and friends can share intimate moments that remain in the memory. Here, Chef Mikel Alonso has reinterpreted this gastronomic culture by mixing traditional cuisine with modern techniques, giving his dishes unique character.
