Lou’s Pizza

Lou's is more than just a pizzeria, it’s on a mission to make adults fall in love with pizza again, like when they were kids. This project, founded by Raúl Cruz, Erich Mendoza, and Luis Cerón, is committed to sharing the famous New York style pizza with the Mexican public. It’s characterized by its large size and thin dough that folds without breaking. Raúl created his own recipe with ingredients carefully selected and endorsed by expert Anthony Falco, such as Bianco di Napoli sauce and Wisconsin cheese.
