Los Provolones

Established in 2019 near the Caballito Tower, this taco stand is known for adding large slices of provolone cheese to its tacos. The cheese comes from the small town of San Martín Texmelucan, Puebla. Their grill also serves Argentinian and Spanish chorizo, flank steak, cecina, panceta, chistorra and German sausage, all at a reasonable price for a quick lunch. There is a condiment bar with sides and sauces freshly ground in the molcajete to spice up your taco. They gained more visibility after appearing on the YouTube channel’s "La Ruta de la Garnacha" as one of the featured sites.
