Los Loosers

Los Loosers originated in 2011 as pioneers in Mexico with the project of wild edible mushrooms that emerge in the oak-pine forests of the upper Mixteca region of Oaxaca and the mountain ranges that encompass Puebla, Tlaxcala and the State of Mexico, as well as mushrooms from Asia. The chef, Mariana Blanco, does not consume or make use of any animal products or its derivatives. There is a love and respect for animals reflected in their dishes, which are inspired by Oaxaca, Japan and South Korea. Here, great care is taken with each product, ensuring that it passes from nature to the plate without processed ingredients.
