Los Azules
On the corner of Mérida and Coahuila streets in Roma, Los Azules is a street stall with all the proof you need to trust in their tasty tacos - a long line. Their Hidalgo-style carnitas are delicious; whether cuts of buche, oreja, maciza or rib, everything is served in abundance. We recommend arriving early to try their outstanding salsa pico de gallo (spoiler alert: it has habanero and big, semi-crunchy bits of pork rind). The crown on any taco!
