Los Almendros
It all started in 1962, when Don Rubén González opened a small restaurant in one of the smallest towns in the Yucatecan state, next to the main park full of large almond trees. Much of his success was due to his perseverance, reflected, for example, in the poc-chuc, a dish he worked on for several years until he achieved that distinctive flavor that brought him his fame and popularity. Los Almendros is a successful combination of tradition and brand, seasoning and technique that lends itself to a unique experience that any diner is sure to enjoy.
