Les Moustaches
Don Luis Gálvez decided to use the house where he had spent part of his childhood to open the restaurant Les Moustaches in 1974. He made the required modifications to house the business inspired by the French style of the Porfirian era, which is evident not only in its decor, but the menu as well. Forty-six years later, it is one of the gastronomic cornerstones of Mexico City, a taste of Gallic cuisine in an elegant atmosphere accompanied by violin music.
