La Otilia
This life project began when the owner, Mariana Quiroga, was told that she and gluten could no longer be friends. The name is in honor of her grandmother, who also suffered from celiac disease. Thus, the goal is to offer rich, nutritious, and safe food to people with special diets, this being the first place in Mexico that is 100% free of gluten and refined sugars. La Otilia not only seeks to provide real, transparent, and conscious food, but also has a commitment to the health of the entire Mexican community, striving to set trends and innovate daily. Here, diners can enjoy delicious breakfasts, sandwiches, wraps, pastries, baked goods, pizza, tea, coffee and many other delicious options; they also offer doggy desserts and have an incredible garden.
