La Castellana
The history of this traditional tortería began in 1946 with the vision of Don Roberto de la Huerta, who bought La Castellana with the purpose of transforming the business to satisfy the tastes of local diners. Since then, his success has been due to the quality ingredients used in every torta, a variety of his own recipes, and his famous rajas en vinagre (pickled peppers), which are the hallmark of the house. Currently, they have 10 locations that excite the lunch hour for thousands of customers daily.
