Kolobok

In 2001, Olga and the Leonov family started selling Russian style pasties from a stand. Soon after, they opened Kolobok in Santa María la Ribera, a Russian restaurant that would become one of the best known in Mexico. Although many may not be familiar with the cuisine of Russia, dishes such as borsht (beet soup), Chicken Kiev or Beef Stróganov are part of the world's gastronomy and available on Kolobok's menu. Loyal to their roots, for 20 years they have shared their rich culinary traditions, giving us a small slice of Russia.
