Jametaro
The image of ramen has moved away from being a homemade dish or a family recipe, but the opposite happens at Jametaro. Without excess glamour but with great attention to ingredients (their noodles are handmade), this small establishment has achieved a seasoning that some Japanese customers claim reminds them of home. We recommend arriving early because, since it’s not a big business, they usually run out of daily supplies, which is also a guarantee of freshness.
