Jaleo: Bar de Tapas
Spanish food brings us back to the place where the sea meets the land and people gather to share food as a family. At Jaleo, Chefs Pedro Martín and Alberto Flores offer diners tapas and traditional food from different regions of Spain. One of the specialties that distinguishes this tapas bar is the wide variety of paellas they prepare, such as Valencian, seafood, or Iberian secret, to mention a few. In addition, 80% of their products are imported, which gives all their dishes the authentic flavors of the Iberian peninsula, brought to our tables here in México.
