Ikigai
The term ikigai can be translated as "reason for being", and is understood as the things that make life worth living. Here, Chef Nacho Carmona focuses on traditional Japanese food made mostly with Mexican ingredients, such as bluefin tuna. The menu offers a selection of nigiri, sashimi, and temaki, made from hamachi, chocolate clam, or A5 wagyu, to name a few. There is an additional menu of the chef's specialties, which changes every couple of weeks and feature dishes such as fresh razor clams with butter or kanikama maki.
