Humberto’s “El Yucawach”
It is said that "not even in Mérida can you eat better", and this statement is backed up by the 30 years that Humberto’s has been offering their beloved Mayan delicacies. Among them, diners will enjoy snacks alongside salbutes, cochinita pibil and papadzules, house specialties and, of course, the traditional sopa de lima (lime soup). For those who never skip dessert, outside there is a cart where they prepare the classic marquesitas (rolled crepes). Undoubtedly, a gastronomic experience that is difficult to find elsewhere in the city.
