Guria

Originally from the Basque Country, Chef Arantxa de Sarrancho has been living in Mexico for more than 30 years. Her restaurant, Guria, is where she offers diners traditional dishes of this exquisite cuisine with innovation and creativity, such as fish confit or the codfish sphere, prepared using molecular cuisine. Her philosophy is based on loyalty to the ingredients in order to enhance their flavors with new techniques. As for the architecture, Guria’s architecture emerges from a contemporary interpretation of a Basque mansion, with a large veranda and window overlooking the garden.
