Chef Gorka Bátiz, originally from Santurce-Bilbao, Spain, has been described throughout his career as "spontaneous, innovative and a creator of experiences with flavors of memories". At Gorka Altamar, he presents an Iberian style meat and seafood menu made up of traditional European dishes such as paella or fabada, as well as sirloin steak with port sauce and Idiazabal cheese or battered hake in squid sauce, all with his distinctive touch and served in a beautiful gallery-dining room with a pleasant terrace on the rooftop.
