Fisher’s Polanco

What started as a small four-table restaurant in 1989, created by Don Simón Hamparzumian, a Mexican of Armenian descent who was facing unemployment, is now one of the largest franchises in Mexico. Freshness, honesty and courtesy are the qualities that Fisher's seeks to offer its diners to make them feel at home.
