Chefs Luis Serdio and Bernardo Bukantz are the culinary minds behind this dark kitchen whose smoked turkey and roast beef sandwiches come piled onto a brioche bread, with caramelized onion, spicy ketchup and cheddar cheese sauce. Accompanied by curly fries with bacon, mac and cheese, tender corn and, for dessert, who can say no to the marshmallow filled brownie cookie sandwich. They have a rotating weekly sandwich, which is well worth asking about.
