El Chanclas is the ideal place to try Spanish cuisine in a cheerful and relaxed atmosphere. It was founded by Jean Claude Roches Herrerías, who worked for several years in the famous Madrid restaurant Casa Lucio. It has a large selection of wines to pair with its exquisite menu.
