More than a restaurant, it is a community that offers something new every day to their friends and clients. For example, on Wednesdays they have an organic market, on Fridays they prepare the menu of the day, on Wednesdays and Saturdays they delight us with black breads, and on Sundays brunch. Dominique also brings us closer to French culture by preparing exquisite dishes such as Alsatian-style sauerkraut, vegetarian and meat sourdough pizzas, or classic buckwheat crepes.
