Deigo
This establishment was founded a quarter of a century ago by Genshin Oyakawa Deigo. When he returned to Japan, he left it in the hands of the young Yoshitake Yanagi, who is currently responsible for maintaining his practices. In addition to Japanese cuisine, one of its main attractions is kobe beef, which diners can add to the dish of their choice, or enjoy it as nigiri, tataki, sukiyaki or yakiniku. Recently, Deigo joined forces with Kaito, an izakaya-style bar with a cocktail bar that ensures the proper pairing of food and drinks.
