This restaurant takes traditional American style recipes and uses gourmet ingredients to create a new gastronomic experience. Frank Connor, with an insatiable for American cuisine, undertook a culinary journey through the States to log of the most representative flavors and recipes of each region – from mac & cheese, buffalo wings, and pulled pork, to salads, taking as its axis the glorification of the hamburger from an avant-garde perspective. At Connor's, processes are 100% artisanal, as they bake the bread and use brisket cut in their kitchen, on a daily basis. In short, they serve food the way it should be: high quality, fresh, and great tasting.
